You may return items for a store credit or refund, minus restocking fee, within 30 days of receiving your order. Product Exchange & Refund Procedure
1. Email us at customersupport@omotrading.com requesting return approval. Please include your name, order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. Specify how you'd like to proceed: 1) full merchandise credit to omotrading.com, shipping fees excluded, 2) refund back to your original payment method minus a 20% restocking fee, shipping fees excluded, or 3) product exchange. You will receive a response from us within two business days.
